Order preparation time:
1 to 4 working days after received payment. Delivery time = processing time + shipping time
Shipping:
We can ship to any country in the world that accepts international postal orders. If your country is not listed, please contact us to determine shipping costs. Over 99% of our orders are delivered on time, but due to many unpredictable factors in international sales, our couriers do not guarantee a delivery date!
Due to the global COVID situation, delivery to some countries is delayed or not possible. This can change daily. If there are problems with delivery to your country, we will contact you to find the best solution.
To ensure you receive your package, all of our shipments have a tracking number and must be signed for upon delivery.
We offer two shipping methods:
- Shipping takes place via the National Postal Courier (Deutsche Post, USPS, Correos...) - premium airmail with tracking number
- DHL Logistics - DHL Express
